Curriculum Design

The HEC MBA Program has placed itself at the forefront of business education by building a curriculum around the principles of successful leadership and by providing our participants with opportunities to develop into strong leaders. Our participants come away from their MBA experience with a heightened sense of self-awareness and relational intelligence, as well as strong confidence in their ability to lead some of the world's most powerful organizations.

Technical skills are acquired through vertical learning, with concepts and applied theories learned through courses.

Human or people skills are acquired through horizontal learning, i.e. processes that are developed with time throughout your life.
