The HEC MBA Program has adopted an online, rolling admissions process, which allows candidates to proactively manage their application throughout the entire process.

All applications must be submitted online. Applicants create an online account that is password protected. Most elements of your application are uploaded or filled out online  but you also need to send your academic transcripts and official English tests score reports by mail. GMAT score reports should be made available to the HEC MBA.

Pre-selection juries take place regularly and an evaluation is made of your application. The Pre-selection committee will consider all aspects of your application in detail. A decision is taken and pre-selected candidates are informed of the two interviews which are then to take place.

All preselected applicants must be interviewed during the admissions process.

Applicants will be invited to attend two interviews  at locations available in more than 100 different countries worldwide. The interviewers are either alumni or members of HEC MBA staff.

The interviews will be conducted in English and will consist of an oral presentation on a subject of your choice (10 minutes) followed by a series of questions and answers concerning your application (30-40 minutes).

Please note that the availability of interviewers may affect the location of the interviews.

Applications are managed on a rolling basis. We organize up to 8 Admission jury a year.

The Admissions jury consists of:

• A Representative of the French Ministry of Education
• The HEC Dean
• The HEC MBA Associate Dean
• Representatives from HEC MBA Careers, Development and Academic services
• A Representative from the HEC MBA Faculty
• a Representative of the HEC MBA Alumni
• The Admissions Committee

You are informed of the decision of the Admissions Jury within hours. You then need to confirm your place, by paying the deposit, by the date indicated by Admissions. You have one week after the admission decision to apply for scholarships.
