How to recruit an HEC MBA...
- MBA career fairs - Companies visit the HEC campus over a 2-day period to conduct presentations about their company and to conduct interviews.
- Recruitment presentations - Conducting a Recruitment Presentation is an excellent opportunity to meet MBA participants and discuss career opportunities. Recruiters are invited for one hour long presentations, usually on Tuesday evenings, during spring and fall. Presentations focus on topics such as: company overview, corporate history, culture, job and internship opportunities, and career paths for MBAs, selection criteria and hiring process. Presentations may be followed by a networking cocktail.
- Career treks - A half-day company visit with an interactive, “peer to peer” discussion between MBA participants and senior management on the company’s strategy, challenges, and opportunities. The goal of Career Treks is to give company executives the opportunity to interact with a small group of HEC MBAs and to give the MBAs a taste of the company’s culture of leadership. Career Treks are organized conjointly by HEC Career Management Center, MBA Club representatives, and the company.
- Company visits - A less formal version of a career trek which might include a visit to a factory, store, trading floor, etc.

- CV books - CVs of the graduating class are available online click here. Profiles may be searched by language, and work experience. In addition, the printed version of the HEC MBA Profiles Book is available on request from mbacareers@hec.fr
- Round table evenings - Company executives come to campus to discuss topics such as: their own career development, leadership challenges, and different areas of specialization within their company.
- Interviews at HEC - Campus interviews provide a time-efficient means for companies to conduct first-round selection. MBA Career Management Center will assist with organizing your visit to ensure a successful event. Contact: mbacareers@hec.fr
- MBA club events - HEC MBA Professional Clubs aim to strengthen the relationship between the HEC MBA community and specific sectors (Finance, Consulting, Industry, Marketing & Luxury Goods, etc.). Clubs organize forums, roundtables, evening guest speakers, networking dinners, etc.
