Obtaining an MBA at HEC Paris is a highly personalized experience. Even though our students all follow the same core classes and have the same opportunities to evolve as leaders, every person enters the program with a different set of capabilities. An MBA is about transformation: transforming your weaknesses into strengths, and gaining the framework, competencies and confidence to go out and do great things for your
company—and for the world.

We asked four alumni to share with us one thing they learned during their degree program.
