Recruiting Strategies: Whether you want to increase Brand Awareness or connect with students on a one-to-one basis, there are many ways to recruit at HEC Paris MBA:

  • Individual Presentations:  Conducting a presentation is an excellent opportunity to meet MBA participants and discuss career opportunities. These presentations focus on topics such as: company overview, corporate history, culture, career paths, selection criteria and hiring process. They can be followed by a networking cocktail.
  • Company Presentations:  Present on your company culture and background.
  • Information Chats / Evening Roundtables:  Information sessions are not solely focused on recruitment.  Company executives come to campus to discuss topics such as their own career development, leadership challenges, and different areas of specialization within their company.
  • Virtual Information Sessions: Online chat sessions with our advisors will help you be better informed about your prospects. Sign up for our information sessions here.
  • Interviews - On or off campus we can work with you to organize interviews with students.  Please contact us here:
  • Student Clubs – There are many professional student clubs that actively work with many industry leaders specific to their sector. You can sponsor conferences or student club events. You can also host a Dinner or small gathering for a select group of MBAs.
  • Career Week– This is a week-long event held annually in September on the HEC campus, designed to help introduce your company to our students. You receive a dedicated booth for the whole day, as well as private rooms to conduct interviews or to present your company in a more intimate setting with the help of audio visual materials. The next Career Week event will take place Sept 5-09, 2016. Please contact Corinne Bonifay for more details: + /
  • Global TreksTreks are yearly trips to international locations. The environment is one of "peer to peer" discussion between MBA participants and senior management on the company’s strategy, challenges, and opportunities. The goal is to give company executives the opportunity to interact with a small group of HEC MBAs and to give the MBAs a taste of the company’s culture of leadership. Treks are organized conjointly by HEC Career Management Centre, MBA Club representatives and the company.
  • Post a Job - Recruiters interested in posting jobs and searching MBA CVs should visit: Here, students have the ability to search via many criteria such as company name, location, function and industry.
  • Request a Resume Book
  • Social MediaMany of our MBA participants are on social media, such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. One way to also recruit from our MBA program is to ensure that you have the most up to date information on your social media channels.
