The course will apply insights from game theory to examine the decisions that managers make regarding key strategic decisions, such as product positioning and reacting to new entrants. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the nature of the strategic interactions among rival firms, anticipate them, and then shape them. We will first learn about the basic tools and principles of game theory before moving to applications.
