Women @ HEC
When the HEC MBA started in 1969, we welcomed an intake of 64 participants including just 3 women. Since then we’ve seen the profile of our participants change significantly; the graduating class of 2013 includes 33% women participants.
Since the creation of the program, HEC MBA women graduates have experienced a wide range of opportunities open to them, thanks to a program designed to help meet challenges. The MBA experience has given women the opportunity to look over their life and build their confidence to raise their talent to another level. Thanks to the collaborative environment and entrepreneurial spirit of the program, they have found the source of value creation and opportunities for them and people around them to thrive. Women come to the program with wishes, dreams, weaknesses, strengths and expectations towards a degree that, for most of them, will result in major change in their life.
To hear from some of our alumnae and current participants, read our Women@HEC Brochure:
With the increasing number of women in our program, several initiatives have been undertaken by participants to reflect their diversity, including the activities of the HEC Women in Leadership Club .
You can read more about the activities of the club at http://hecwomen.wordpress.com/
