Part-time option

The Part Time option of the HEC MBA offers a program that links academic curriculum and professional activity. It builds a personal and a professional project shared by the Company and its key talent. It is targeted towards people with a job in a midsize/large multinational Company. This program is a 24 month modular program (1 week on Campus every month). In a group of maximum 50 Participants, you will learn how to develop your hard and your soft skills. We believe that the balance of hard and soft skills is the basis of what make great leaders and the program will offer you many opportunities to  develop this mix of skills (case studies, work groups, simulation, clubs, assignments, Conferences, Company treks, etc) Academic excellence is the cornerstone of the HEC MBA and combined with a parallel  professional activity, we commit to providing the participants with the best educational experience where the academic teachings are immediately applicable to real life business. The objective of the Program is to leverage the respective developments needs identified by the employee and the Company. To ensure the best integration possible, the program is built around a professional project identified by the Company where the participant can leverage his/her academic competencies in a real life business context. This is about learning and leading at the same time; a powerful combination that aids the creation of an invaluable experience that the Company will observe, assess, recognise and eventually value.

Part-time participants take part in a mandatory study tour with the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) during the first year of the program.

Seminars

During the fundamental phase participants develop their cross-functional skills, including decision-making, negotiation and communication, in required courses and seminars.

Electives

Participants choose from around seventy electives with emphasis on either management knowledge or personal skills and development. Some electives are offered in French.
