Program highlights

Diversity is a hallmark of the HEC MBA program; participants come from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds  and represent over 50 different nationalities. We maintain academic excellence through a rigorous selection process that focuses on personal, as well as professional, attributes.

Full-time MBA

The 16 month MBA equips participants with the technical, interpersonal and leadership skills needed to excel in their chosen path.

The program is taught in English but participants also have the option of choosing the bilingual option  (French/English). Participants who do not speak French will study the language, and those already billingual will study a third language; an increasingly prized asset within today’s multicultural business environment.

Participants personalize their MBA during the second half of the program — the customized phase  — following a track in Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or Strategy, and select from amongst 60 electives. In-depth training in decision making and interaction with business leaders prepares participants to become leaders on a global scale.

The international exposure, new challenges and academic and cultural variety presented by these programs are an attractive feature of HEC MBA. Participants have the chance to take part in 1 of more than 40 exchange programs  worldwide or 1 of 12 double degrees .

Part-Time MBA

The Part-Time MBA offers participants a unique opportunity to enhance their knowledge base, maximize their leadership potential, and expand their corporate network, all while maintaining a balance between their personal and professional lives.

Custom designed for managers between the ages of 25 to 35, the program allows participants to continue their full-time professional activities while developing skills that boost their career to an international management level and that raise their profile within their current organization.

The program includes a Company Consulting Project (CCP)  in which participants put their technical training into practice and make a meaningful impact on the performance of real organizations.
