Participants can finance the cost of their education with student loans, which typically carry low interest rates and can be paid back following graduation. At HEC, we are constantly looking for new financing opportunities. Listed below are a number of financial institutions that provide loans to HEC MBA participants:

• International Student Loan Program (ISLP)

BNP-Paribas

• Maximum Amount of Loan: Tuition fees 
• Duration of Loan: Approximately seven years including deferred payment.*
• Guarantee: French resident guarantor or a guarantee from a local bank in your home country.
  * 22 months of payment deferral, which includes the 16-month MBA, plus a six-month grace period.

BRED

• Maximum Amount of Loan: Tuition fees (it is also possible to obtain a loan for living expenses)
• Duration of Loan: From 2 to 10 years including deferred payment.
• Guarantee: French resident guarantor or a guarantee from a local bank in your home country.

International Student Loan Program (ISLP)

• Maximum Amount of Loan: $45,000.
• Duration of Loan and Conditions: For full terms and conditions, please visit the International Education Finance Corporations web site at www.iefc.com.
• Eligibility: US citizens and permanent residents are eligible. Non-US citizens are eligible if they have a US co-signer. Click here  to download the conditions of ISLP loans.

LCL - Le Credit Lyonnais 

• Maximum Amount of Loan: Tuition fees, plus all living expenses, including room and board.
• Duration of Loan: Approximately seven years including deferred payment.
• Guarantee: French resident guarantor or a guarantee from a local bank in your  home country that has a branch in France.

Sallie Mae

• Maximum Amount of Loan: Variable.
• Eligibility: All applicants having a co-signer in the US are eligible for this loan program. Listed as "Ecole des Hautes Etudes", HEC has a code number of 022934. For more information, click on http://www.customschool.com/hecfr/

Societe Generale

• Maximum Amount of Loan: This loan is entirely based on the terms and conditions of the local retail branch in the participant's home country.
• Duration of Loan: Depends on local terms and conditions.
• Guarantee: Local guarantor required.
