The top recruiters who visit the HEC campus on a regular basis qualify HEC MBA participants as mature, open-minded individuals with strong team and leadership skills.

In the recruitment process, HEC MBA participants have a reputation for their professionalism and for taking the time to prepare themselves fully. They research the companies on the other side of the recruitment stand, using the HEC library facilities and making contact with HEC alumni who might be working there. As a result, participants convey motivation, knowledge and intellectual curiosity about the job and company.
