The HEC MBA application process is a two-part online process that enables candidates to receive a preliminary evaluation of their application. In the second phase of the process, candidates complete and submit the full application.

Part I: The Candidate Profile (Fill out profile now)

In order to obtain an evaluation of your potential as an MBA candidate, you may fill out a Candidate Profile, which will inform us of your experience and background, as well as your personal and professional objectives. This no-obligation form is quick and easy to complete, and it is free of charge!

Based on the information you provide, we will review your profile and offer a preliminary assessment of your potential as an HEC MBA candidate. Within two weeks, one of our Business Development Managers will contact you via e-mail to encourage you to apply for the HEC MBA program now, or to suggest areas in which you might make some improvements before submitting your application. Please note that this free assessment does not guarantee admission to the program.

In the event that you decide to apply to the HEC MBA Program, the information from your Candidate Profile will remain in the same secure system as your completed application. This information can also be updated to reflect changes to your profile.

Part II: The Full Application  (Apply now) 

Once you have decided to submit your application, click on the above link to get started. In addition to filling out the application form, you must also provide some supporting documents, including two letters of recommendation.  When you are ready to submit the full application, you will must pay the application fee online by credit card.

If your application is pre-selected, you will be asked to conduct two personal interviews. After these interviews are completed, your application will proceed to an admissions jury for the final decision. For relevant information and dates, please refer to the Admissions Calendar.

From start to finish, the entire application process takes six to eight weeks.
