Our Community

MBA training is becoming prerequisite for business success; but the degree itself represents more than the advanced technical skills you will learn from our superb faculty. Earning an HEC MBA is also a rare opportunity to transform your professional profile in our multicultural setting, learn to be flexible and adaptable, and build lifelong relationships in the heart of the European business community.

With direct access to a prestigious network of HEC alumni, you will be in a much stronger position to pursue your career objectives. The community you will meet on the HEC MBA Program is composed of:

Faculty

The HEC full-time faculty consists of more than 105 professors from the world's leading universities. Each year, HEC welcomes over 35 visiting professors from its network of partner schools and benefits from the addition of 20 affiliate professors and 450 adjunct lecturers, most of whom are business executives.

Participants

The HEC MBA Program is truly international, with over 80% of its 200 participants coming from outside of France and more than 50% from outside of Europe. With 55 nationalities represented in each graduating class, a major part of the HEC learning experience is derived from the diversity that individuals bring to the classroom. Hence, our learning environment is truly global.
