Our dedicated team of highly experienced career development specialists provides job-search workshops and seminars, counselling, an extensive documentation center, contact with the 40,000-strong HEC alumni network, and privileged access to firms actively supporting the HEC MBA Program.
The Career Development Service has a specific approach to working with participants that provides them with the vital skills and tools to make career choices and be actors in their own professional development. To make this happen, the service has forged links with HR experts among the faculty and constructed a career-building module, featuring five milestones that are integrated into the curriculum.
Alumni play an essential role in career building. Invited to the campus on a regular basis, alumni share their professional experiences with participants and provide them with constructive feedback on their career plans. Alumni involvement is structured around small-group exercises.
