The HEC MBA's 16-month curriculum is structured around two eight-month periods:
Multicultural Work Groups
To bring out their leadership potential, we divide program participants into workgroups, which are designed to favor maximum diversity in country of origin, educational background, professional experience, and age. The contribution of each individual to the workgoup is critical to the academic success of the entire team.
Third Language
Throughout the program, intensive language courses are offered in French and English. In addition, optional courses are available in Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, and Arabic, depending on student interest. If you are a native French speaker or already bilingual in French, you will be required to learn another language, unless you are already trilingual.
