HEC Women in Leadership and HEC au Féminin, the Alumni Association's professional women's network, hosted a roundtable dedicated to themes of particular relevance to women in business, including how to handle a career break, how to manage a successful career change, and how to handle diversity as a manager.
Guest speakers included Céline Eydieu-Boutte, Associate at Ernst & Young and Fabienne Astier, HR Director central functions for Sanofi-Aventis. The discussion followed a Q&A format, in order to address the specific questions and concerns of HEC MBA participants, and was followed by a networking cocktail.
As one of the many HEC MBA Professional Clubs, Women in Leadership aims to support the career development of all HEC MBA participants and create an environment where future leaders learn to manage across differences and use the power of diversity as a competitive advantage.
