HEC is located on a 300-acre wooded campus, 12 miles (20 kms) southwest of Paris, where the culture, history, and charm of the French capital are easily accessible. The campus is also close to La Défense, which is one of the largest European business districts housing the headquarters of many multinational companies. These companies interact as partners with HEC Paris and as potential recruiters.
Most MBA participants choose to live on the fully autonomous campus, which includes computer facilities with WiFi access, a gymnasium, a library, and a dining hall. The MBA residence offers 177 individual furnished rooms and 24 apartments that are reserved for couples and families. The facility includes meeting rooms, a common area, laundry machines, and a piano bar.
