Before arrival, participants are given access to CareerLeader, which is an online assessment tool designed specifically for MBAs by Harvard professors. Participants may debrief their results with one of our staff members on request. Upon arrival, participants then choose a self-assessment workshop that is directed by members of the Human Resources faculty.
